Stir Fried Vegetable and Oyster Sauce

I CAN COOK. Most definitely. I even have my own seafood pasta recipe. But, there are times when I just get too busy to even think about cooking—but of course, I have to cook and eat—otherwise, my own stomach would stage an uprising against me. Deliveries? Nah, not so often. I still want the homecooked food, fresh, steaming from my own stove.

However, during those times  that I get too busy too cook (which often happens), I just buy some vegetables, clean them and stir fry them, and pour this ever reliable Oyster Sauce from Mama Sita’s. It comes in so many different flavors— but I don’t know how many---just Google it or go to your nearest supermarket to find out how many. Hahaha! It also comes in different sizes, from the smallest to the biggest, but I don’t know all the sizes. Hmm... I need to go back to the supermarket and check it myself when I have enough time.

I buy Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce in this size because it’s good for one cooking.  I just cook the vegetables very early in the morning and eat the dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sometimes, it’s the opposite. I cook the vegetables in oyster sauce at night, around 11 pm after my online classes, and eat the dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the following day. For my source of protein, I would just go to the pork barbecue stall  at the end of the street I live in. Sometimes, I boil eggs while preparing my lesson materials.

Yeah…thanks to this wonderful creation of Mama Sita’s,  a very busy person like me can easily prepare good-tasting and healthy dish in less than 30 minutes!
