There are two verbs among the choices. These are Choice A, purchase, and Choice B, purchases. Choice D, purchasing, can also function as a verb , but it’s in the -ing form and being such, we need a be-veb (am, is, are...)  but there is no be-verb in the sentence, so this choice should be ruled out. Clearly, we have only A and B to choose from. The word Anyone is an Indefinite Pronoun , and it always follows the Singular Verb . So, the right answer is Choice C, purchases .  Thank you very much for reading this short but info

beautifully colored/packaged correction tape I have no specific need for this correction tape now. Who uses this at this modern era?   If I have no use for it, then why in the world did I buy it? First, I love the colors—black, pink, and white. Lovely color combination. Second, it reminds me of my own girlhood days, school days, when I had to very carefully, very evenly spread this correction tape over an error I made in my notebook while copying some important information written on the board. And, by notebook I mean the real pieces of paper bound together by a spiral piece of wire. Some young people do not even know what this is for. I think, a few years from now, this will be one of the displays in a museum.
